Primary Care (Family Medicine)

We aim to create a welcoming healthcare space that makes everyone feel comfortable and respected—both patients and practitioners alike. Your Family Doctor is available to see you both in-person and by phone. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment with your provider.

Sports Medicine

Dr. Trevor Roy is a Sports Medicine Physician who treats patients of all ages and physical abilities. As lead physician for a number of Professional Soccer teams in Australia, Dr. Roy has extensive experience in treatments focused on both injury prevention and recovery.

Before relocating back to his hometown of Kelowna, Trevor was actively involved with the University of Queensland’s graduate sports medicine program and has experience caring for elite athletes from distance running, triathlon, surfing, rugby league, AFL, basketball and surf lifesaving. He has a particular interest in the role of ultrasound guided injectable therapies in the management of musculoskeletal injuries.

Dr. Roy is currently accepting new patients for Sports Medicine referrals. Appointments by referral are covered by MSP, however some products used in therapies may not be covered. Please consult our office for fee schedule.

Internal Medicine and Nephrology

Dr. Yves Clouâtre graduated from the University of Montreal Medical School, also obtaining LMCC (Licentiate of Medical Council of Canada), the same year. Following intensive emergency room practice in a Quebec remote area as well as in a Montreal tertiary hospital, he became specialized in Internal Medicine as well as Nephrology in 1998. After working for 3 years as a Chief Nephrologist in a teaching hospital affiliated with University Laval (Quebec), he moved to BC in 2001.

After several years as a nephrologist, including Chief of Nephrology at Penticton Regional Hospital, in 2009 he became a part time Clinical Instructor in Medicine at his Alma Mater (University of Montreal Medicine Hospital), collaborating at the same time to Mc Gill Medicine Hospital. 

He has kept an active clinical practice in Internal Medicine and Nephrology since 1999.
